My logo is obviously a play on my last name. But while the droplet implies water, it also implies ink — another vital resource I’ve come to depend on as a designer. The water imagery extends to other parts of my branding as well, including icons and patterns. Because I write almost exclusively in cursive, I felt strongly about using a variation of my own handwriting for the type. Also included in my branding is a leave-behind. I designed a packet of Utah wildflower seeds with instructions to 'Just Add Water.'
From the logo to the colors, my branding embodies who I am — a designer with a playful aesthetic and sense of fun.
